Challenge:       Design and implement leadership development for organization of 8000 employees, $500 million annual revenues.

 

Results:              Designed and delivered Performance Rising training workshops, organizational interventions, and web-based learning initiatives to equip over 600 leaders in one year.

Client:               The Greater Washington Sleep Disorder Center

 

Challenge:       Bring together a leadership team to create a shared vision and strategy among 16 regionally dispersed offices.

 

Results:              Designed and implemented a series of leadership team development sessions, followed by a large scale strategy development meeting with 70 staff.

Challenge:       Help business respond to dramatically changing marketplace conditions for optical transmission devices. Facilitate a market-based strategy development process with a cross functional project team.

Results:              Identified and implemented new market segmentation, product line management, and selling strategy for dispersion modules.  Developed and launched new outsourced product.  Product line became one of a few positive contributors to Photonic business during a difficult downturn.
